I've just realised I put the wrong delivery address on my order, can I amend it?

If your order has not yet entered our shipping department or been dispatched, we should be able to amend it for you. Please contact us via chat or phone if your order is due to go out imminently, alternatively please use our contact form.

Can I substitute items during Insect Lore Europe promotions?

Our promotions are only for the items listed in the promotional materials. No substitutions can be made.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Yes, we can supply a VAT invoice.  Please allow at least one hour from your order being made before contacting us for a copy. If your Account is set up as a School on our ordering system, you will automatically be sent a copy of your invoice upon dis
