You can place an order online by visiting Insect Lore’s website.
- Select the item you wish to purchase and then click the green “Add to Basket” button. On some of our items you may see a 'View and Add to Basket' button, this means the item requires you to choose an option before adding to the basket.
Once your item has been added to your basket, you can either continue shopping or checkout. - If you are ready to check out, click the 'Basket' button in the top right-hand corner. Here you can add any discount or eGift card codes you may have and apply them to your order.
- You can then choose to make payment with a credit/debit card, PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay.
- PayPal will redirect you to their website where you will need to choose the shipping address, shipping method, and review your order. You will then be taken back to our website where you will need to confirm the order by using the 'Place Order' button, an order confirmation number will be then be provided on the screen, this will be followed by an email. Please keep a note of your order number.
- To amend the billing address, please untick the box and fill out the address form, then use the 'Update' button at the bottom to save this.
If you are redeeming a voucher, please keep a note of the code.
