I cannot choose a dispatch date for my live insects?

When is the best time to order my insects?

I am ordering for a School, when is the best time to start the project?

How do I submit a purchase order?

How do the kits work if I order one with a voucher?

The kit will come with a voucher inside with a unique code on, that the recipient redeems via the 'Redeem Voucher' section of our site to order their insects, at no cost. Vouchers are like money in that they're worth the value of the live product.  T

What are your current shipping times?

On average, orders take around 1-3 working days to arrive to UK destinations, and up to 10 working days to arrive to EU destinations. Please note that all estimates are approximate. We ship Monday to Friday only.  Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday

How can I track my order?

UK delivery - Once your order leaves our warehouse we will send you a tracking number as part of your dispatch email, so you can follow your order's journey to you!. Non-UK delivery - We are unfortunately unable to supply tracking for non-live orders

My online order was due to be dispatched today but I have not received an email to confirm this, has my order not shipped?

I chose today as my delivery day for my live order, but nothing has arrived?

We regret any confusion, the date we ask you to choose is the send out/dispatch date, not a delivery date. Delivery for Mainland UK is normally 1-3 working days from dispatch, non UK delivery may take up to 10 days. These times can be slightly extend

My package has been marked as delivered but is not here. What do I do?

Please check your tracking for a delivery image, often parcels are left in a safe place by Royal Mail, but a photo should always be taken to show where the parcel has been left. If there is no image on the tracking, the postman/lady may have accident

Before returning anything, please call 01726 860273 for a return authorisation number. Packages returned without this number cannot be accepted. All claims for missing items, damaged goods, or defective merchandise must be made within 14 working days
