My order has not been deliveredUpdated 9 months ago
There are a few things we ask you to check first:
- Has your order been shipped? If you ordered a live product where a chosen dispatch date was required during check out, have you checked your confirmation email to see if your dispatch date has passed
- Have you checked the tracking on your dispatch email? For UK delivery, a tracking link is given on your dispatch email. This should show you your parcels journey, and will also show if you have missed a delivery. If delivery has been made, a photo is normally left by the postman/lady to show where the parcel has been left
- Was the address confirmed on your order correct? Please check the address is correct on your confirmation email
If you have missed a delivery with Royal Mail, you can arrange a re-delivery with them using the tracking provided.
