We take great pride in the quality of our educational products and the reliability of our Live Insect Kits. However, nature can be unpredictable and as the hatch rate is not always 100% we offer a guarantee for each of our live products:

<li>Caterpillars; for each cup we guarantee 3 out of 5 caterpillars will develop into butterflies. School Kits sets we guarantee 22 out of 33</li>
<li>Stick Insects; at least half of the eggs received should successfully hatch within the estimated dates provided on their accompanying care sheet</li>
<li>Silkmoths; at least half of the eggs should successfully hatch resulting in 5-10 moths</li>
<li>Ladybirds; we guarantee 10 adult ladybirds If any of these guarantees are not met with your order, please send us photos and a short explanation to <a href="mailto:hello@insectlore.co.uk">hello@insectlore.co.uk</a> or via our online contact form.</li>
