How do I submit a purchase order?Updated a month ago

To order online with an official Purchase Order: 

• When sending us a Purchase Order, please make sure to go through to checkout and select this as your payment type.
• You will need to enter an official PO number and check the tick box underneath.

Alternatively you can email your Purchase Order to us [email protected] .

• We recommend emailing your PO to [email protected] so you receive confirmation your order has been received. It will be processed in 2 business days.
• When sending us a Purchase Order, please make sure to include your chosen dispatch date. If one is not requested your order will be sent out within 10 working days of the order being processed.
• Please also be careful that you do not send duplicate orders as any duplicate orders must be paid for or returned at your own expense.

Please note: We can only offer an invoice option for UK schools/educational settings.  If you are based outside of the UK we can offer a pro-forma option in addition to the regular payment methods, please contact us by email.
