How do I submit a purchase order?Updated 9 months ago

To order online with an official Purchase Order, you will need to log in to the Education section of our website as a UK school.

  • To navigate to the Education Store either click on the blue box with the words 'Teaching Supplies & Classroom Kits' on our homepage, or click here.
  • Please ensure you have logged into your school account. If you do not already have an account you can create one. It is important you select customer type “school” or you will not be able to checkout with a Purchase Order. You can then place your order.

 

Alternatively you can email your Purchase Order to us [email protected] .

  • We recommend emailing your PO to [email protected] so you receive confirmation your order has been received. It will be processed in 2 business days.
  • When sending us a Purchase Order, please make sure to include your chosen dispatch date. If one is not requested your order will be sent out within 10 working days of the order being processed.
  • Please also be careful that you do not send duplicate orders as any duplicate orders must be paid for or returned at your own expense.

Please note: We can only offer an invoice option for UK schools/educational settings.  If you are based outside of the UK we can offer a pro-forma option in addition to the regular payment methods, please contact us by email.
