How do I redeem multiple vouchers?Updated 9 months ago

To redeem multiple vouchers; please go to 'Redeem Voucher' section on the menu bar and enter the first voucher code and redeem.  Select one of the available dispatch dates from the calendar and add to the basket.  Please then repeat this with each additional voucher you may have, before checking out once the last voucher has been added to your basket.  Do not use the back button at any point during this process.

Voucher codes will lock for approximately 45 minutes once the redemption has started,  so please bear this in mind when redeeming multiple vouchers.  If you should require to start the process again, please wait for the vouchers to reset themselves.

Please note: We cannot waive or combine the voucher fees. There will be a fee for redeeming each voucher even if the orders are combined into one. 

The redemption fee covers the shipping and handling of each special, living package. And each redemption requires its own special code which triggers the preparation, inspection, final packaging, and labelling for each shipment.
