How do I redeem my voucher?Updated 8 months ago

To redeem your voucher follow these steps:

• Go to www.insectlore.co.uk/vouchers
• If your preferred language is not English, you can amend this on the dropdown
• Enter the code including all the letters, numbers and hyphens (with no spaces)
• Click 'Redeem Voucher'
• Choose your dispatch date and click add to basket
• The item associated with the code will be automatically added to your basket

Please Note:

• We are unable to redeem your voucher over the phone
• Do not enter your voucher code on the basket page in the space that says "gift card/promo code".
• The voucher code only works when you put it into the orange "Redeem Voucher" tab.
