My voucher code is not being accepted?Updated 15 days ago

Please make sure you are entering the voucher code as it is written, including the hyphens with no spaces (capitals are not required).  Sometimes your device may add a hidden space at the beginning or end of the code, please check this is not the case.

If no error messages are showing please try another browser or device, otherwise see possible errors below:

The voucher code format is invalid – Please ensure you are including the hyphens and that your device is not adding in any hidden spaces.  Also check that your device is not autocorrecting any of the numbers or letters.

Whoops! This voucher is already in your basket - You have already started the redemption process and have not completed it.  Please check your basket to see if the voucher is there, you may need to log into your Shop account.

This voucher has already been redeemed - The code you have provided has already been redeemed; codes are only valid for one use.  If it was bought from a store, please return for a replacement or refund.  If it was gifted, the gifter may have forgotten they had previously used it, but don't worry you can still purchase the caterpillars without a voucher here.
