Please make sure you are entering the voucher code as it is written, including the hyphens with no spaces (capitals are not required). Sometimes your device may add a hidden space at the beginning or end of the code, please check this is not the case.
If no error messages are showing please try another browser or device, otherwise see possible errors below:

Sorry, this voucher was redeemed on Day/Month/Year Time - The code has already been redeemed online. If it was bought from a store please return for a replacement or refund. If it was gifted, the gifter may have forgotten they had previously used it, but don't worry you can still purchase the caterpillars without a voucher here.
