Where do I find my voucher?Updated 9 months ago

If you have purchased or been gifted a Kit with a voucher, there should be either a folded paper voucher, or a single card voucher inside.  Each voucher has a unique code to redeem on our website for your insects.

If your voucher is missing, please contact the seller and they should replace or refund your kit.

Unfortunately we cannot replace lost or misplaced vouchers; you can however still purchase Insects on our website without the need for one.
