Why am I being charged postage on my voucher redemption?Updated 8 months ago

Some of our Vouchers have a redemption fee on them, normally the kit that they came in will have been sold to you at a reduced cost to reflect this fee.

The redemption fee covers the preparation, inspection, final packaging, and labelling for each special living package.

Whilst checking out, the website will not add the normal P&P charge to your order unless you add additional items to your basket, as these are not covered by your redemption fee ('Special Price' items added during the voucher redemption are excluded from shipping costs). 

If you add other products to your order (that are not offered on the special price pop-up) the normal P&P charge will kick in as your redemption fee only covers your voucher insects and special price add-on items.

If redeeming multiple vouchers, all postage fees will still apply.
